Q: Why TMP?

Q: What are your success rates?

A: Respondents to our 2022-23 Customer Survey who used our UCAT prep achieved an average UCAT score of 2,817, well into the 8th decile. 89% of them went on to get an interview. 87% of respondents to our customer survey scored in Bands 1 or 2 for Situational Judgement in 2022. 45% were in Band 1 – more than double the national average of 20%.

Around 87% of respondents to our 2022-23 Customer Survey got at least one offer to study Medicine, Dentistry or a related course. 89% of these ‘strongly agreed’ or ‘agreed’ that the prep they did with TMP contributed to this outcome.


Q: How long will it take for a tutor to be allocated?

A: We require 2 working days’ notice to be able to allocate a tutor, however, in some cases, we are able to turn this around faster.

Q: How do I book my tutoring?

A: You will receive an email containing a link to our booking form. On this booking form, you can select what date and time you would like to have your first session. You can include any additional information, such as your flexibility or what you would like to focus on during the tutoring sessions.

Q: How much does the tutoring cost?

A: Our tutoring costs £80 per hour, however from 5 hours onwards, there are discounts implemented into the price. For example, 5 hours has a 5% discount.

Q: What can I do if I have any problems with my tutor?

A: You can send an email to [email protected] to let us know what problems you are having, please include your order number in this email too. We will then use this information to allocate a tutor more suited to your needs.

Q: I am having problems with submitting the form, what can I do?

A: Make sure all required areas of the form are filled in, and the reCaptcha button has been ticked. If it still doesn’t work, then close the form and reopen it in a new window, or open it in an incognito tab. You can always send us an email to confirm if the form has been received.

Q: How can I change the date or session of my booking?

A: Just send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the alternative date/session you would like to attend.

Q: How much do the live courses cost?

A: Our live online courses cost £170 while our in-person courses cost £195. 

Q: I have booked onto a course but I am unable to attend on this date, is it possible to change my booking?

A: Yes, just send us an email with your order number and the alternative date you would like to attend.

Q: What are the timings for your courses?

A: UCAT Course: 10am to 5pm

    Interview Course: 10am to 5:30pm

    MMI Circuit – morning session: 8:45am to 12:30pm

    MMI Circuit – afternoon session: 1pm to 4:45pm

Q: When will I receive the link to join my live online course?

A: The joining link will be emailed to the purchasing email address the week of the course. Please ensure you check your junk inbox for this email as it may have gone directly there. The email containing the joining link is sent every Tuesday and Friday, this will depend on when you have made your booking.

Q: I have not received the link to join, how can I get this?

A: Please email [email protected] before the day of your course, including your order number in this email and let us know that you have not received the joining link. We will then get it sent over to you as soon as possible.


Q: I want to purchase a package, but it isn’t showing me the available dates for the products within the package. How can I find the dates?

A: The available dates can be viewed on the individual product pages, after clicking ‘Book Now’. 

Q: How do I book the individual products for the package?

A: A coupon code will be emailed to you with instructions on how to use it. Just add the dates you want to your basket and then apply the coupon code before you checkout. The coupon code will remove the cost of the products.

Q: Do the packages contain any tutoring?

A: Our UCAT Packages each contain a varied amount of tutoring, ranging from 2 hours to 15 hours depending on the package you buy.

  • UCAT Foundation Package: 2 hours of tutoring
  • UCAT Comprehensive Package: 5 hours of tutoring
  • UCAT Mastery Package: 15 hours of tutoring

A: Interview Packages:

  • Interview Foundation Package: 0 hours of tutoring
  • Interview Comprehensive Package: 5 hours of tutoring
  • Interview Mastery Package: 15 hours of tutoring

Q: I have purchased a package, but I have not received my coupon code.

A: The email containing the coupon code may have been sent to your junk inbox. If you have checked your junk inbox, please email [email protected] with your order number and we will reissue the email.


Q: I have purchased a subscription but I cannot access the content.

A: You will need to ensure you are signed in to your account on our website. Once you have signed in, you can access the content for your subscription on the same page you made the purchase. At the top of the page it should say you are subscribed.

Q: I cannot find the Mock Tests for the Question Bank I have purchased.

A: You can access the Mock Tests on the Question Bank page. There are 2 tabs listed under ‘Your Subscription Modules’, one labeled Practice Questions and one labeled Mock Tests. Click on the Mock Tests tab and you will be able to select which Test you would like to do.


Q: I have entered my card details but the purchase won’t go through.

A: You can try closing the window and reopening the page. If this doesn’t work, you may need to try using a different card.
