How will I get everything associated with the Package?
You’ll get a confirmation email with codes to select dates for courses, unlock all your subscriptions, and choose times for your UCAT Tutoring.
Can I do Courses & Tutoring in person?
You can choose between in-person or live online UCAT Courses at no extra charge. Our UCAT Tutoring is all delivered live online.
How do you choose your UCAT Tutors?
We choose from a comprehensive pool of our UCAT Tutor applicants. All those selected must have completed a rigorous training process – so you can be sure you’re in professional and trusted hands.
How will my UCAT Tuition sessions get arranged?
After booking, you will be sent a short form to fill out. Once it is submitted, you’ll be contacted by a Tutoring Coordinator to finalise your sessions at a time that suits you.
Can I use my UCAT Tuition hours across multiple sessions?
You can. We suggest blocks of at least 2 hours.
How will I know how to join the live online course?
If you have booked a live online course, we’ll send you instructions for joining by email in advance of your course date.
What happens if my in-person course can't go ahead?
If your in-person course cannot go ahead for health and safety reasons, you’ll be able to join our live online version instead.
