Key Application Dates for 2020 Entry

  • 1st May 2019: UCAT registration opens
  • 24th June 2019: BMAT August registration opens
  • 1st July 2019: UCAT testing begins
  • 11th August 2019: BMAT August registration deadline
  • 31st August 2019: BMAT August test date
  • 1st September 2019: BMAT October registration opens
  • 18th September 2019: UCAT registration closes
  • 20th September 2019: BMAT August results (candidates only)
  • 1st October 2019: BMAT October registration deadline
  • 2nd October 2019: UCAT last testing date
  • 15th October 2019: UCAS deadline!
  • 30th October 2019: BMAT October test date
  • 22nd November 2019: BMAT October results

As you’ll have seen above, UCAT registration opens on 1st May – so make sure you register for the exam!

BMAT 2019

If you’re applying to medicine, a key part of the application process is that the UCAS deadline is earlier than for other courses – 15th October – so make sure you’ve got your personal statement, UCAS form and choices made before then!
