In-Depth Medical Teaching

In the morning sessions, you’ll get ahead of the curve by learning some of the things you’d usually encounter in your first couple of years at Medical School. That means you can really stand out to Admissions Tutors when applying – and hit the ground running when you start.


Real Clinical Experience

In the afternoon sessions, you’ll see how your morning lessons are applied in a practical setting. As a pre-Medical student, you’ll get unprecedented access to advanced simulation technology in one of London’s leading hospitals. You’ll also experience dynamic role-plays and clinical skills sessions with professional patients.

Your One-Week Medical School Experience

Days run from 9.30 - 16.30. You'll be taught through a mix of methods used in Medical Schools - including problem-based learning, lab work, medical role plays, and the use of a real surgical suite. This is a non-residential programme.

Monday Respiratory disease is one of the leading causes of death in the developing world. Learn about the anatomy, pathology and physiology of the system through dissection in labs used by real London medical students.
TuesdayCardiovascular health is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the UK. Learn about the anatomy, pathology and physiology of the system through an interactive problem solving session in our labs.
WednesdayInfection and Public Health has been the biggest global story in generations. Understand the nuts and bolts of your immune system and the details of effective public health management.
ThursdayGeneral practice is the most common speciality for UK doctors. Learn about the presentation of common and chronic diseases through role plays with professional patients, including hands-on experience.
FridayLearn about the interaction of mental health and emergency admission with sessions using professional actors, as used in medical school and post grad medical exams.

With our August programme selling out so quickly, we’ve added new dates starting on October 25th and December 18th, 2021. The immersive week will take place from Monday to Friday. It is a non-residential programme for Year 11 and 12 students over the age of 16. It’s delivered at Eaton Square Schools and London hospitals. Lunch and transport between venues is included.
