RCSI & UCD Malaysia Campus (RUMC) is a private medical university located in Penang, Malaysia.
It delivers the internationally recognised MB BCh BAO degree awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and University College Dublin (UCD), National University of Ireland.
RUMC offers a dual-campus medical programme, where students complete part of their training in Malaysia and part in Ireland, graduating with the same primary medical qualification as students in Ireland.
